EDRA Co., Ltd., Signs Strategic MOU
with ACA Co., Ltd. IPTV Contents Service Firm

EDRA,
a mobile platform developing firm based on blockchain, has signed a strategic
MOU with ACA-TV Co., Ltd., an IPTV contents-only
provider firm, on the 17th as stated on the 18th.
At the
Business Agreement Ceremony, both EDRA's CEO Jun-gyu Kwak and ACA's(All
Channels in Asia) CEO Jae-woo Kim were present and discussed ways to develop
and promote the contents platform of both companies. The two companies said
that the agreement would promote EDRA's app platform and the ACA IPTV service
to mutual benefit both sides.
ACA,
evident in their name 'All Channels in Asia', is a platform company that
provides IPTV service using broadband internet connection between countries so
that North American residents can watch various media contents in Asian
countries in full high definition (FULL-HD). In addition, ACA has business
agreements with 'China Telecom'(China's largest national telecommunication
company that has also been selected by Apple to be their service provider),
'Mango TV'(China's largest video platform), KBS(Korea's National Broadcaster),
and etc. Furthermore, ACA owns and provides various contents channels by
expanding their platform.
Since
the ACA Group is a giant IPTV Contents Provider Firm, EDRA is working
diligently on EDRA’s Contents Platform Marketing and Business through this
strategic alliance. An ACA employee says, “Now, the Hallyu(Korean Wave) fever
is not only limited to Asia, but is also spreading to North America, Europe and
etc. As Hallyu expands globally, Hallyu contents needs to be provided with high
definition, but there is still a lack of mobile app contents providing
service.” He continued, “This strategic business agreement with EDRA is
expected to vitalize app contents, and the same time it will be a great
opportunity for EDRA to become a giant blockchain contents platform firm.”
Meanwhile,

blockchain security technology, is preparing to launch a blockchain mobile
